It feels like I'm missing something...
Well, this was Aaron's last day with me in Rexburg before moving up to the big city of Genesee. We wanted a picture out front of our first apartment, (awwww!) The latest update is that Aaron survived his first week with ITD and he's enjoying being on the survey crew (photos pending...) After living for a week with only an air matress and a camping chair for furniture, Cary pulled up the trailor packed with most of our things. Of all his prized posessions, what was Aaron most excited to unpack? His couch! He also said it was nice to have some company that came to visit him and then made the long drive home instead of the other way around!
As for me, I'm just trying to stay distracted with school work and being involved with the ward. These flowers, in Aaron's words, "can take my place for the next month :) Sorry to break it to you Aaron, but flowers aren't great cuddlers and they don't laugh at my stories, but they do eat lots less than you! So while I love them, I had to find yet another friend for good company...
So this is my new friend Jeneeva. I get to visit her every Tuesday, as well as other interesting residents of two different nursing homes in Rexburg as part of an Adopt-A-Grandparent program put on by BYU-I students. She's quite a lady!

Dana, I love your blog. It is a great way to keep tabs on you! Can't wait for you to move up north and closer to me!!! Quite excited for the baseball games! Love you :)
