Labor Day Weekend

Over Labor Day we had fun taking a trip to the cabin - Aaron's favorite place!  But I think I spent most of the weekend laying on the couch trying not to throw up!  Here's a few shots of why we love the cabin:

Great Views!

We also had some great company!  I love getting to visit with Aaron' niece and nephews.  Aunt Dana understands what they're saying, even when they can't talk yet:

Aaron was convinced that since we saw 2 bull moose on the lake our final day it means we're having twin boys... we'll see!
He had to run through all the sage brush to get close enough to get a photo.  I wish I had a photo of him running out there like a crazy guy!

On our way home we stopped at the Big Hole National Battlefield.  It was interesting to learn more about what events actually took place with the Nez Perce Indians in Lewiston, Cottonwood, and Whitebird Hill, places we drive through each time we head to Southern Idaho! The big hole national battlefield is where the army finally caught up the Nez Perce tribe and a big massacre took place there. It was pretty sacred ground! Glad we made the extra trip.
